Welcome to my new site!
I finally admitted to myself that my last site was getting a little dated, so I decided to step-up my game and create a new beginning! Along with a new site, i'm changing up my catch phrase. I always wrote "Stay active" at the end of my post, but since i'm starting new and have expanded beyond personal training to include personal leadership development, I'm switching it up to "Always improve." With that said, stop wasting time reading this blog post and get out there!
